Privacy policy

This policy explains how NXG Consulting handles personal information collected through nxgconsulting.com.au, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

Through the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, work email address, company, phone number, enquiry type and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts that build a profile of visitors.

Why we collect it

We collect this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and ticking the consent checkbox on the form does not opt you in to any mailing list or marketing communication, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

How it's stored and who sees it

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which relays the submission to our email inbox. We do not store submissions in any database beyond that email record. No other third party is given access to your information, and it is never sold.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and to keep a record of the business relationship, and delete it when it's no longer needed for either purpose.

Access and correction

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time. To do so, email abhishek@nxgconsulting.com.au — we'll respond within a reasonable period, consistent with our APP obligations.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, contact us first using the details above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or its third-party services change. The version on this page is always current.
