Abhishek Gor

Principal Consultant, NXG Consulting.

Abhishek Gor has spent twenty years — since 2006 — building and governing SAP data platforms for enterprise and government programs across Australia. He works across the full stack of SAP business intelligence: BW/4HANA and native HANA architecture, SQLScript and AMDP development, SAP Analytics Cloud implementation, and the governance disciplines that keep a reporting estate accurate as a program moves.

For more than five years he has worked inside Australian Defence ERP programs, including a greenfield S/4HANA implementation with BW reporting delivered concurrently — architecture and governance built while the platform it depends on was still being stood up. He holds an active NV1 security clearance and is NV2 eligible.

Outside Defence, his work spans energy and utilities, postal and logistics, retail, FMCG and agribusiness, professional services, telecommunications, media, manufacturing and local government — the same discipline applied to a different data estate each time.

He is known for finishing what he starts: report catalogues that are still accurate years later, training programs that leave the client's own people running the system, and documentation written to be read rather than filed. He is now extending that discipline into SAP's generative AI layer — Joule, Joule Studio and the Generative AI Hub — assessing what a data estate actually needs before recommending an AI investment, rather than selling the investment first.

An active NV1 clearance, issued by AGSVA, means Abhishek can be engaged directly on classified Defence work without a clearance process delaying program start.
