A greenfield federal ERP program. Established governance over 22 custom BI reports and 50+ standard SAP and OpenText reports — report catalogue, KPI definitions, and the request and enhancement processes that kept them accurate as the program moved.
A reporting landscape losing user confidence. A structured review identified 65+ report build and data issues ahead of full rollout. All were resolved before users met them.
